As summer approaches, we say goodbye to Kate Ulrich, our Communications Director. We have been so blessed to have Kate in this role as she has brought organization, creativity, and excellence to our church and how we communicate what’s happening. Kate has decided to step back from this role to better care for her family and focus on her kids while they are still at home. Thanks for your service Kate, you will be missed!

In light of this, we are hiring a new Communications Director. If you love creating with words and images, this job may be for you. If you want to work collaboratively with others to share Jesus with a church and a community, this job may be for you. If you long for clean communication, good design and clear expressions from a church, this job may be for you. If you’re looking for some flexibility in your work schedule and yet desire the challenge of innovating and excelling week in and week out, this job may be for you. This is a part-time position designed for 15-25 hours per week.

The 3 Things We Need From You if You Want to Apply:

A resume
A sample of any communication work you’ve done; print, web design, graphic design, photos, videos, marketing, and/ or newsletters.
A short written paper that includes:
• A statement of why Foothills Church interests you enough to send us your resume.

• Also, tell us briefly about your perspective on communication, your thoughts about the last book you read and the name of your favorite TV show.

• Links to your website, blog, Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.
